Email

The only published way to reach us is email: [email protected]. We aim to reply within a few business days.

We don't publish a phone number or a street address — email keeps things simple and lets us answer properly.

Before you write

  • Check the relevant guide — most "why is my plant dying" answers are already there.
  • A clear photo (top and underside of leaves, the pot, the soil) gets you a far better answer than a description alone.
  • We can't identify a plant from "the leafy one." A photo of the leaf shape and growth habit helps.

We can't give medical or veterinary advice

If a child or pet has eaten part of a plant, contact a poison control centre or vet immediately. Our toxic-plant notes are precautionary, not a diagnosis.
