At VLUKY, each bracelet is individually selected and energetically matched to your personal Nayin element based on your birth date. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of every piece.
Our Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Color preference
- Delayed delivery (unless exceeding 30 days)
- Damage caused by improper wear or care
Quality Issues – We Stand Behind Our Products
If your bracelet arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Quality issues include:
- Broken or loose beads upon arrival
- Defective clasp or closure
- Wrong product shipped (not matching your order)
- Significant damage during shipping
How to Report a Quality Issue
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect/damage
- Brief description of the issue

We will review your claim within 2 business days. Approved claims receive:
- Replacement of the same item (no additional charge), or
- Full refund to original payment method
Return Shipping Costs
Buyer pays return shipping in all cases, including:
- Change of mind
- Ordered wrong size
- Color not as expected
- Delayed delivery (under 30 days)
Exception: If your item has a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping cost up to $10 USD.
Important Notes
- Energy cleansing: Each bracelet is energetically attuned to your personal element. Once worn or handled, this attunement cannot be transferred to another customer.
- Natural variations: Gemstones are natural materials. Slight color and pattern variations are normal and not considered defects.
- Size: Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. Most bracelets are adjustable or come in standard sizes.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We take fraud prevention seriously. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us for legitimate quality issues will be:
- Banned from future purchases
- Reported to payment processors
- Pursued for legal recovery of fees and damages
We encourage open communication. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us before initiating a dispute.
