What is Nayin Wuxing?

Nayin Wuxing (纳音五行) is an ancient Chinese system that assigns elemental properties (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth) to specific moments in time. Your birth moment carries a unique “Day Pillar” signature that reveals your dominant elemental energy. This isn’t superstition—it’s a pattern recognition system developed over 3,000 years of observation.

How accurate is the calculation?

Our algorithm uses the traditional Chinese lunisolar calendar conversion, accurate for dates between 1900-2100. The calculation is mathematically precise. However, energy resonance is personal—trust your intuition when wearing your matched element.

Can I wear a bracelet for an element that isn’t my primary one?

Your primary element (calculated from your Day Pillar) is your core resonance. Wearing other elements may create energetic friction or imbalance. We strongly recommend starting with your matched element before experimenting with others.

How quickly will I feel the effects?

Energy alignment is personal. Some report immediate sensations (warmth, calm, clarity). Others notice gradual shifts over weeks. Consistent wear and proper care accelerate the bond between you and your element.

🛒 Ordering & Personalization

Why do you need my birth date?

Your birth date determines your Day Pillar Gan-Zhi, which reveals your Nayin element. This is the foundation of your personalized match. Without it, we cannot select the correct gemstone resonance for you.

What if I don’t know my exact birth time?

No problem. Our calculation uses the day, which is sufficient for determining your Day Pillar. Time adds detail but isn’t required for elemental matching.

Can I order for someone else?

Yes, but you must use their birth date for the calculation. A bracelet attuned to your energy will not resonate correctly for another person. Each piece is energetically locked to the birth date entered.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Because we begin the verification and cleansing process immediately, orders enter preparation status within 2 hours. Contact us ASAP if you need changes—once Stage 1 begins, modifications are not possible without disrupting the energetic preparation.

Why does processing take 1-3 days?

Each bracelet undergoes three stages: Verification (confirming your elemental match), Cleansing (clearing residual energies), and Attunement (setting intention for your signature). This cannot be rushed—your patience ensures optimal energetic alignment.

My package is delayed. Is my bracelet’s energy affected?

Physical distance does not disrupt energetic attunement. Your bracelet remains connected to your signature throughout transit. However, we understand anticipation—contact us if your package exceeds estimated delivery time.

Can I wear my bracelet in the shower?

No. Water exposure weakens elastic cords and can dull the energetic charge of your stones. Remove before bathing, swimming, or washing hands. See our full Care Guide.

What if someone else touches my bracelet?

Your bracelet is attuned to YOUR energy field. If others handle it, cleanse it using moonlight or salt bath methods to restore your personal resonance. Avoid letting others wear it—this creates significant energetic confusion.

How often should I cleanse my bracelet?

Monthly under moonlight is sufficient for regular maintenance. Cleanse immediately if: the stone appears dull, you’ve been through emotional stress, someone else touched it, or it was exposed to water/chemicals.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my bracelet if I don’t like it?

No. Each bracelet is personalized to your specific energy signature and cannot be resold or re-attuned to another person. This is why all sales are final. Please review your calculation carefully before ordering.

What if my bracelet arrives damaged?

Manufacturing defects or shipping damage are covered. Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs for verified quality issues.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Size exchanges are not available due to the personalized energetic attunement. Please consult our Size Guide carefully before ordering. Most styles are adjustable or stretch to accommodate slight variations.
